Should you receive an item that is incorrect or bears a defect—other than the one you ordered—please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. The piece must remain in its original, unused condition, with tags intact. A representative will coordinate an immediate replacement. As a gesture of our dedication to your experience, packages may be inspected in the presence of the courier—though please note: refunds are not offered, in alignment with our curated, limited-availability collections.

Exclusivity requires care. Orders are prepared with precision and dispatched across Egypt via our trusted delivery service. Kindly allow 2–4 working days for delivery within Greater Cairo and Alexandria, and 3–5 working days for other governorates.
